PRIVATE EVENTS AT TROPHY BREWING & PIZZA

Located just on the edge of Downtown Raleigh at 827 West Morgan Street near NC State and Glenwood Avenue. Trophy Brewing & Pizza can accommodate a variety of private events from rehearsal dinners and baby showers to networking events and company parties, suited for groups of 20-70 seated and up to 80 standing. This is our original Trophy Brewing Company location that housed our first brewing program. After several years of continued growth we began renovations in 2019, adding more dining space to allow large groups to join us in their celebrations, expand the kitchen, and create the foeder room to launch our wild and sour beer program. *For groups of 20 or less, you can reach out directly to the restaurant for a regular reservation.

Rentable Spaces

This location leans into an industrial aesthetic with concrete floors, exposed brick and beams, and glass walls. The patio features green spaces maintained by Good Dirt and string lighting overheard which add to the ambience throughout the restaurant. Our furniture features custom built tables from Rebuild Raleigh with bright oak tabletops with silver metal chairs that can be rearranged to fit your needs.

Sunroom

The Sunroom features two walls of floor-to-ceiling glass accordion doors that can open to the Juliette balcony. These doors open up the space to create an alfresco dining experience. This space can comfortably host seated groups of up to 24 or fully standing groups of up to 30. This room has an A/V connection to a smart TV.

Private Dining Space

Using both the Sunroom and Dining Room combined to host groups of up to 50 seated or 70 fully standing. Custom tables from Rebuild Raleigh with bright oak tabletops can be rearranged to meet the configuration that works best for your group. This room also features a smart TV that can be used to cast a display to as well as wireless microphone access available.

Extended Private Dining Space

For groups of 60 seated or 100 fully standing, this final extension adds the Trophy Case Room to the Dining Room and Sunroom. Whether you're a larger group looking to maximize seating or a medium sized group just looking for extra space to celebrate, this additional room helps meet that need. The Case Room features a built-in bench in bright oak that backs up to a display wall with cases featuring a variety of collections of memorabilia.

Foeder Room

This room houses our wild and sour brewing program—perfect for smaller groups looking to host an intimate get together. There is seated space for up to 20 or standing space for 30. The room continues the industrial feeling with concrete flooring, a Shou Sugi Ban wood feature wall, glass walls, and large oak brewing equipment.

  • How many guests can you host?

    We have options good for groups of 15 to 100!


    What can work for you will depend on whether you are looking for a seated dinner versus a standing and mingling-style event. Check out the capacities listed in the venue section above.

  • What kind of fees exist?

    We have a Venue Fee paid to book the space itself as well as a Food and Beverage minimum spend requirement that you can meet through your bar package and catering selections. 

  • What type of bar packages are available?

    We provide a full range of options from our own Young Hearts spirits and Trophy beer, as well as a variety of wine by the glass and other liquors. We offer several package tiers and a variety of add-ons!

  • How long do we have the room?

    Events start with an allotted 4-hour slot of their choice within the venue's hours. We recommend dedicating 3 hours toward the event and 30 minutes before and after for any decorating/cleanup of that decor.

  • Is the venue accessible to guests with different levels of mobility?

    This space is all one level and is fully accessible.

  • Is there A/V access?

    Yes! The building has free guest wifi.


    We have a wireless microphone available that can be used in the private spaces.


    The Sunroom and Banquet space both feature a smart TV that can be cast to for a display however they cannot be connected.

  • Where should guests park?

    The closest option to our building is the parking lot directly behind us which is available on weekdays after 5:30pm and anytime on weekends! 


    We are also surrounded by close options for street parking - just be sure to check the signs on that street for any important information on time or permit requirements.

  • Can we bring our furry friends?

    While we love to include pets out on our outdoor patio, unfortunately, our interior spaces are not able to host fido.

  • What does the booking timeline look like?

    The sooner you book the earlier you can guarantee your space and give yourself time to plan. We require the venue fee to be paid at the time of signing the contract.


    We ask that your final menu selections from the catering menus be submitted to our team no later than 30 days before your event.


    You'll want to be sure you've submitted a final headcount by 14 days before the event so that your order can be updated and all final payments can be finalized by 14 days before the event.
