Each location has its own range. We can help you select which location may fit you best!

We have hosted everything from networking happy hours and holiday parties to birthdays and baby showers to rehearsal dinners and weddings.

We recommend booking at least 60 days prior to your event to ensure you have plenty of time to plan! We begin finalizing events 30 days out from the event date with the submission of menu selections. We cannot accept bookings within 2 weeks prior to the desired date.

Each space has its own space fee and minimum spend requirement. Both the fee and minimum for each space differ based on the day of the week and the space(s) booked. 

The space fee is paid up front when you are ready to book - this fee is non-refundable and is what makes the space yours, along with a signed contract.

The minimum spend is the minimum amount of spending by you, the host, and is the spending goal you must reach on your combined food and beverage purchases. This is to be met before the addition of taxes and any other fees.

Exact fees differ based on location.

We do allow specialty desserts at all locations!

At our Maywood Hall & Garden location, we can cater from State of Beer or Trophy Pizza, or you can work with an outside caterer.

At our other locations, we offer a unique catering menu and are the exclusive caterers there!

We do offer to serve outside wine with a corkage fee at select locations, but all other alcohol must come from our selection on-site. 

At each of our locations, we offer a variety of Trophy Beers, wines by the glass, and liquor drinks. We also include many options for non-alcoholic beverages, like our very own Trophy Sparkling water, as well as sodas and non-alcoholic beers.

Our bottle shop, State of Beer, offers even more selection with all sorts of craft beverages from beers and ciders to a variety of non-alcoholic and THC items!

We do! Both Trophy Brewing & Pizza and State of Beer offer options for to-go offerings from their catering menus. Those menus can be found on each location's respective event page! 

These orders must be submitted no later than 14 days before the preferred pickup date.
